PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner and arrive in about 8–15 business days in the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on every order.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update after you receive it.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email nasdaqjaden1@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it, and replace or refund it if it's lost.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped.
