Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–3 days and ship in about 8–15 days. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can vary.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

Faulty or wrong item

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method once the return is received and checked. Bank processing times vary.
