You wear it overnight and it measures movement and heart rate to estimate your sleep stages, then shows a nightly sleep score in the app. It's a wellness tool to spot patterns, not a medical device.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship in about 8–15 days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Is it comfortable to sleep in?

Yes. It's light (about 106g) with a soft band, so most people forget they're wearing it.

What colors are available?

Silver, rose gold and gunmetal. Choose your color at checkout.

How's the battery?

It lasts several days on a charge, so it keeps tracking night after night.

What if it arrives faulty?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging.
